麦田守望者
麦田守望者简介
“麦田守望者”是北京新一代摇滚群体中具有独特风格的乐队。乐队成员普遍受英国音乐影响，因此其音乐具有英式摇滚的特 征，特别是继承了七十年代中期以来的punk/New Wave音乐的传统，并与同期在英国新兴的Britpop音乐有很优美的旋律，作品短而精巧，不过渲染吉它solo，要求各样乐器和人声在同等重要的地位上 自主而均衡地发挥。音乐的多样化使“麦田”的作品具有很强的可听性。从180余拍的Hard Core，到低迷回旋的Hew Wave；从激越的老式Punk，到幽婉、抒情的Ballad，“麦田守望者”从音乐展现出一个朴素、含蓄的英式音乐元素为背景的，自由而轻松地激扬北京新一代年轻人的思想情感的音乐空间。

乐队发展
乐队最早组建于1992年，乐队成员均为大学毕业生，在校学习期间乐队已初步形成。
乐队以成员共同喜欢的美国作家赛林格的同名畅销小说《Catcher in the Rye》取名为：“麦田守望者”。
1994年圣诞节，乐队在北京“轩豪夜总会”舞台上首次公开亮相，从此宣告了他们演艺生涯的开始。
1996年，“麦田守望者”乐队正式签约红星生产社。
1998年5月8日，麦田守望者乐队赴香港参加“Levis Body Language Battle of the Band”演唱会，此次演出是由“Levis”赞助的纯乐队性质的演出。同台献艺的有香港的“ZEN”、Joey Tang及乐队、NT、Screw及台湾的“张震岳及乐队”、“陈奕迅及乐队”等。作为大陆流行音乐“新希望”的代表，“麦田守望者”不负众望，现场观众反映十分热烈，演出获得圆满成功。之后，“麦田”还接受了《星岛日报》、《电影双周》、《东方新地》、《Best Bug》、《东Touch》、《壹本便利》、《明报周刊》等媒体的采访，并接受了香港有线电视的现场直播访问。
1998年6月，乐队推出首张专辑《麦田守望者》，制作人为张亚东，由红星生产社出品，北京京文音像公司发行。
作为专辑第一主打歌《绿野仙踪》连续登上“北京音乐台”《中国歌曲排行榜》及中央人民广播电台“中国歌曲榜”冠军宝座，并在全国各地电台排行榜上取得了很好的成绩。
1998年8月，乐取再次赴香港为其首张专辑《麦田守望者》做宣传，同期参加CRII(香港商业2台)举办的“组Band狂热”演出，他们以嘉宾身份演唱30分钟，观众反映非常热烈，“麦田守望者”成为此次活动的焦点人物。同期参加“太阳计划”及“叱咤903”两场演出，同样取得巨大成功。演出之后接受了香港电台、《电影双周》、《号外周刊》、《Yes周刊》、香港有线电视、《TVB周刊》等香港媒体的专访。
1998年8月29日，乐队参加由《音乐生活报》组织的为灾区赈灾义演活动。同台演出的还有崔健、Again、臧天朔等国内知名乐队。
1998年底，《绿野仙踪》的MV被选送中央电视台参加第五届中国音乐电视大赛。
1998年12月第三次赴港，参加红堪体育馆“滔滔两岸摇”摇滚演唱会。
99年2月，获中央人民广播电台中国歌曲排行榜年度评选“最受欢迎乐队奖"。
99年9月，应邀参加青岛啤酒节开幕式演出。
99年9月，在京参加由北京音乐台、香港[V]音乐台等单位联合举办的“[V]红星2000新音乐发表会”。
1999年9月，开始进棚录制第二张专辑，这张专辑仍由张亚东担任制作人。
99年10月，开始录制新专辑，暂定名为《Save as......》.
99年11月24日，再次赴港应邀参加香港商业2台举办的“拉阔音乐演唱会”，与张亚东共同出任嘉宾。
2000年1月，第二张专辑《Save as》出版发行。
2000年3月24日，红星生产社与北京泛音(FINE)网络技术有限公司在北京师范大学联合举办“麦田守望者 SAVE AS音乐中国”新片发布专场演出，受到同学们空前热烈的欢迎。同时“麦田守望者歌友网”也于当天正式成立。
2000年3月26日，“麦田守望者”赴港为其新专辑《SAVE AS》做海外宣传及现场演出。
2000年4月6日，“麦田守望者”赴意大利参加名为“BIG Torino 2000-International Biennial of Young Creativity”的文化交流活动。
2000年5月-6月，“麦田守望者”出任Channel[V]音乐台发起的“[V]人类、新思维”行动的“行动大使”，分别参加了北京师范大学、北京邮电大学、北京广播学院和北京工业大学的校园音乐会。
2000年8月18，“麦田守望者”乐队参加北京音乐台2000年第一季度季选颁奖活动，主打曲《电子祝福》荣获季选“十大金曲”奖。
2000年8月26日，《电子祝福》荣获“雪碧我的选择-----中国原创音乐流行榜”季选奖，并应邀参加于8月26日在上海大舞台举行的季选颁奖典礼。
