HENRY刘宪华简介
刘宪华（Henry Lau），1989年10月11日出生。父亲为中国香港人，母亲为中国台湾人，Henry出生于加拿大。曾获小提琴10级银奖、加拿大安大略省冠军等。2013年06月07日推出首张solo专辑《Trap》，主打曲《Trap》由同门师哥Super Junior圭贤和师弟SHINee泰民参与feat并出演MV，公布MV当天Henry在KBS音乐银行进行solo出道舞台。
早期经历
多伦多华裔少年刘宪华,学小提琴有一手
16岁的多伦多华裔少年刘宪华，在皇家音乐学院小提琴10级考试中取得好成绩,获得银质奖章表彰。
刘宪华是北约克A Y Jackson中学的11年级学生，刘宪华的妈妈刘太太昨日介绍，自己三个孩子都学琴，刘宪华是老二，他从6、7岁时开始就学习小提琴，在小提琴考试中取得95分的成绩，获得10级小提琴类别中的银质奖章。喜爱小提琴的刘宪华同时还学习钢琴，他学钢琴也考了10级，爱好表演的刘宪华还开始学习舞蹈。 热心公益的他还曾经为本地慈善机构如孟尝会和颐康中心的耆老演奏，他还为华人社区的“千叟宴”表演过。 刘太太认为，刘宪华拉小提琴能够取得好成绩，天份、兴趣和老师的指导都非常重要，特别是到了高的级数时，老师的水平更加重要。刘宪华从其俄裔教师的教育中受益良多。
6岁开始学古典小提琴，8岁开始学习钢琴，11岁左右开始学芭蕾舞，15岁左右开始学电子小提琴。会拉丁舞，学了一年的POPPING就参加比赛了。曾获加拿大皇家音乐学院小提琴10级银奖、加拿大安大略省冠军，同样擅长街舞和钢琴
他是学校的文艺积极分子，为他们学校小提琴首席，钢琴冠军，自己还有个乐队(担任鼓手),同时为街舞冠军。
Henry从小就接受了各种训练，不但有着出众的小提琴演奏实力，而且在歌唱和舞蹈上都有着不凡的造诣。
2010年夏季，进入美国伯克利音乐学院（Berklee College of Music）进修
出道经历
2006年，Henry通过SM公司举办的全球选秀脱颖而出，之后成为SM旗下签约艺人，已经和SM签约，两年内发片。经过自己的不懈努力和坚持，得到歌迷的肯定，在2007年9月21日作为Super Junior二辑特别嘉宾首次出现在正式舞台上，后来Henry与Super Junior成员韩庚、崔始源、东海、厉旭、圭贤和周觅一起组成Super Junior-Mandarin展开活动。
Super Junior-M成员现包括李晟敏、银赫、崔始源、李东海、金厉旭、曺圭贤、周觅、Henry[2]
Henry是SM推出限定组合Younique Unit的成员之一，成员有：Henry、银赫、孝渊、泰民、鹿晗、KAI
2013年，Henry即将于六月七日发布个人迷你专辑《Trap》30日，据韩国SM娱乐公司表示：“SJM（Super Junior-M）成员Henry即将作为新人正式出道，并将于6月7日在各大音乐网上发布首张迷你专辑《Trap》。
2017年3月17日，推出个人单曲《想念(Girlfriend)》；4月29日，推出个人原创单曲《Real Love》；6月23日，推出个人单曲《I’m good(Feat.nafla)》；7月3日，获得2016-2017泰国头条新闻年度风云人物最具影响力大奖；8月30日，推出个人单曲《That One》；9月15日，推出个人单曲《视线固定 (U&I)》；9月28日，为电视剧《当你沉睡时》演唱的插曲《It's you》正式上线；
2018年1月9日，发行《西游记女儿国》电影片尾曲《女儿情》；2月2日，发行自作曲《Monster》，音源共有国语、英语和韩语三种版本。
2020年1月17日，在中央广播电视总台2020央视网络春晚中，参演歌曲串烧《嗨唱正能量》。
