Before, I had never carefully listened to the sounds in the valley, but now I seem to have a brand new pair of ears, and the sounds in the valley are so rich.↗12In the spring of April and May, the dawn in the valley is the most exciting: at the dawn when the sky starts to brighten before the sun comes out, all the birds singing - Pallas’s Leaf Warblers, Plain Laughingthrush, Godlewski’s Bunting, Marsh Tit, Daurian Redstart, Collared Finchbill... They sometimes echo, sometimes sing, and sometimes shine. I guess they must be welcoming the rising sun with their singing.↗13In the valley, the most common songbirds are the Great Tit, Marsh Tit, Pallas’s Leaf Warbler, Radde’s Warbler, and so on. The Tits are slightly larger in size than the Warblers. They are sturdy and lively, and if there is any movement, they will fly over curiously to see and emit a dense alarm sound; By contrast, slender willow warblers are even harder to find. They constantly dance in the branches or canopies of trees, accompanied by crisp calls. They are energetic and never stay on a single branch for long.
